Welcome to
the Gallery
The Calderone Gallery is located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains along the historic route connecting Dillard, Georgia with Sky Valley, Scaly Mountain, Highlands, and Cashiers, North Carolina.
Patty Calderone, gallery owner, and artist welcomes you to a gallery of paintings and art inspired by the spirit of the forest, its creatures, and the natural beauty and wonder of the area. Her love of nature and all things wild and free allows her to magically infuse it into her work, each piece reflecting the essence of wilderness, and often the rich history of the Cherokee people and their connection to the land. You will find paintings of all types and sizes – wise old six-foot bears, innocent deer, and sunlit trotting foxes, and if you look closely, you will notice the spirit Patty has painted into each of them.
The gallery also represents other earth friendly artisans, houses a custom frame shop, and offers art lessons and workshops for locals and visitors alike. Stop by the gallery as you travel magical Dillard - Highway 246 with its spectacular overlooks and views, and you will find you have stepped into art that moves you along with the spirit of the land.
