KATHRYN PRESSLEY - JEWELER

 

I am a Georgia native and member of the Southern Cherokee Nation and The Red Fire People.   I have been designing jewelry for over 30 years and am inspired by the Creator as to what pattern and beads will be used to create pieces that reflect the natural beauty of Mother Earth.  The stones and beads used are from natural materials such as Turquoise, Quartz, Crystal, Agate, Jasper, Amethyst, Jade, Fossilized Stones, Amazonite, Bone, Horn, Vintage Glass, Shell, Coral, various Nuts, and Metals.  Each piece is designed with respect to the color, size, shape, and position of each bead, down to the placement of the tiniest piece. The pieces are timeless and one of a kind, or limited edition, with no two exactly alike due to the variation of the natural stones.  They can also be used as beautiful accents to pottery, lamps, or other décor so that you can get the most enjoyment out of each piece when not being worn.  Creating jewelry is a passion and a gift that I am thankful for and a blessing to be able to share.
